Six perish in grisly accident in Kirinyaga
Six people died on the spot when a pick-up they were travelling in collided with a school bus on Tuesday evening at Mukinduri area along Baricho Kerugoya road in Kirinyaga County.
The crash happened when a Toyota Hilux pick-up, which was heading towards Baricho town swerved after the driver lost control and rammed into an oncoming school bus heading in opposite direction.Also Read 17 chiefs interdicted in Central for condoning illicit brews
The pick-up had seven passengers and six of them, including the driver perished in the accident.

Speaking to press the deputy county commissioner confirmed that two people died on the sport while four others succumbed to their injuries while receiving treatment in a nearby hospital.
The bodies of the deceased were also taken to Kerugoya level Five Hospital mortuary as police commence investigations into the accident.
