Underfire Gardner's next Test: Kenya v Germany
Cape Town - Controversial Australian referee Angus Gardnerâs next Test in charge is the encounter between Kenya and Germany in Marseille, France on November 23.

Gardner refereed this past weekendâs Test between England and South Africa at Twickenham and the match ended in controversial fashion when he opted not to award the Springboks a penalty after it appeared as though England flyhalf Owen Farrell had executed a dangerous no-arms tackle on Springbok replacement centre Andre Esterhuizen.
The Australian referee consulted Irish television match official Olly Hodges, but in the end took the decision upon himself and determined that the England co-captain had made enough of an effort to wrap his arms in the collision.
Gardner and his assistants - Jerome Gar ces from France and Ben Whitehouse from Wales - also failed to spot an apparent off-side and high tackle by England wing Jonny May in the build-up to Farrellâs hit on Esterhuizen.
In World Rugbyâs list of appointments released in October, it was confirmed that Gardner would also be an assistant referee in Irelandâs clash with Argentina in Dublin this weekend (November 10), as well as the match between Wales and Tonga in Cardiff on November 17.Source: Google News Kenya | Netizen 24 Kenya
